Governance Note — CAC Registration Update

The Chief Operating Officer (Esther Opeyemi) and Chief Financial Officer (Deborah Damilola) joined Edukrest Limited shortly after the company's initial incorporation on January 29, 2025. As a result, their names are not yet formally reflected in the current Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration records.

Edukrest Limited is currently undergoing the required administrative procedures to update CAC records to reflect the full and expanded executive leadership structure. Supporting engagement documentation for both officers is available upon request for due diligence purposes.


Edukrest currently engages a team of specialized contract professionals to deliver critical operational functions while scaling toward full-time permanent hiring. This flexible model preserves capital for product development and market growth, while ensuring the company has access to the right expertise at each stage of its evolution.
